If you're looking for mindfulness activities we provide guidance for leading mindfulness in the classroom. The pack includes an introduction lesson to Mindfulness and what it is, a Who am I? activity and a poetry activity. If you're preparing for a big exam, then follow our guide to mindful revision. Addition resources include: Gratitude and wellbeing, breathing techniques and reflection.
